These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at https://weflowhumanhood.com (the "Site") and any digital products, training materials, downloads, communities, coaching, or related services offered by Humanhood (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or purchasing any Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Purchases and Payment
Prices, products, and offers shown on the Site are subject to change at any time without notice. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (currently Stripe). By providing payment information, you authorize Humanhood and Stripe to charge the applicable fees, including any upsells or downsells you accept during checkout. All amounts are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
4. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility, time windows, and conditions are described on the sales page for each product. Where a money-back guarantee is offered, the terms of that specific guarantee control. To request a refund, contact support@weflowhumanhood.com within the guarantee window.
5. License to Use Content
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and timely payment, Humanhood grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services and any included materials for your personal or internal business use only. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, copy, or publicly share the materials in any form without prior written consent.
6. Acceptable Use

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Humanhood is established, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
