Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 30, 2026
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy describes how Humanhood ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit https://weflowhumanhood.com, interact with our marketing, or purchase any of our products or services (the "Services").
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Information you provide. Name, email address, phone number, billing address, payment details (handled by Stripe, not stored by us), responses to forms or onboarding questionnaires, and messages you send to support.
- Automatically collected information. Device type, browser, IP address, referring URL, pages visited, time on page, and cookies or similar technologies (including a stable visitor cookie used for analytics and split testing).
- Marketing analytics. When third-party pixels (currently Meta Pixel and Google Analytics 4) are enabled for a given site, those providers may receive event data about your interactions, including page views, leads, checkout starts, and purchases.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process orders, deliver Services, and provide customer support.
- Send transactional messages (receipts, login links, fulfillment).
- Send marketing emails about related offers (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- Measure marketing performance and improve our funnels and products.
- Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues.
- Comply with applicable laws and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers acting on our behalf or where required by law:
- Payments. Stripe processes card transactions on our behalf. We never store full card numbers.
- CRM and email. GoHighLevel stores your contact information and order data to send communications and manage your account.
- Hosting and infrastructure. Vercel hosts the Site and serverless functions.
- Analytics and advertising. Meta and Google may receive event data when their pixels are enabled. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your account or device settings with each provider.
- Legal. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
5. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to (a) keep you signed in where applicable, (b) remember your split-test assignment so you see a consistent experience, and (c) measure marketing performance. You can block or delete cookies through your browser, though parts of the Site may not function correctly without them.
6. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customer and order records are typically retained for at least seven years for tax and accounting purposes.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or limit certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact support@weflowhumanhood.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
8. California residents
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you specific rights regarding your personal information, including the right to know what we collect, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of any "sale" of personal information. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.
9. EU and UK residents
If you are in the EU or the UK, our legal bases for processing include performance of a contract (delivering your purchase), legitimate interests (running and improving our marketing), consent (for non-essential cookies and marketing emails where required), and compliance with legal obligations. You may have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
10. Children
The Services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including HTTPS, encrypted secrets, signed order tokens, and limited-access admin systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100 percent secure.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or by email.
13. Contact
